This place needs a complete overhall. Dirty, holes in the sheets, etc. Too bad the location is so good, but the hotel is sooo bad.

As a businesss traveler, it's paramount to be able to access the internet in your room, instead of sitting in a dingy hotel lobby. The wireless internet never had connectivity. the place could use some fresh paint and unstained furniture. It's horrbily outdated and close to train tracks. Stay on the southside if you venture to sleep at all.

Friendly staff, rooms clean, not noisy, near major interstate. This hotel has 70s lobby, some surfaces could use updating, but we found room clean, hotel quiet and staff very helpful. We will stay here again. A real bargain.

this hotel's price was right, however it lacked in cleanliness. the sheets looked like they had NOT been changed, the bathroom had a funny smell and we were glad we had only booked it for one night because we were ready to leave!

My stay was excellent. The room was very clean and well decorated the hotel staff was awesome; and the continental breakfast was out of this world. Thankyou

The entryway smelled, the decor was circa 1970, the carpets, walls, and elevators were worn and dirty, and the room was musty. We checked out immediately upon arrival, and found other accomodations. We would certainly not go back. The front desk staff was helpful in providing directions to our new hotel.

Room was clean, but a little small. Microwave would have been nice. Needs updating. Had to call maintenance twice first night. Elevators broke (both) on morning of checkout. Had to lug everything down 6 flights, then back up for more. Neighborhood just to north less than desirable although next to FD and PD. Breakfast buffet lacks a lot. Did comp our second night to compensate for elevators.

The room was clean and the water in the pool was just right,especially on that day.My little boy and I enjoyed ourselfs.

The hotel is OK but the rooms could be brighter. Hot breakfast is provided but in a cramped and disorgnized room. it was hard to find a place to sit to eat breakfast.

The lobby could sure use some sprucing up..but don't be turned off ..check out the rooms. Ours was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was ok but that area needs a little coat of paint here and there to make it more attractive as well.

Staff was very helpful in giving directions to local attractions, and the breakfast was wonderful. I will stay here again if I return to Cincinnati
