Staff was wonderful - very friendly. Location convenient to just about everything in Cincinnati. Free breakfast is a good thing - but the food was even better than expected. Room was very comfortable and clean. It was an enjoyable stay and I would stay there again.

Convenient location, clean and safe, with very friendly staff.

Couple lamps in room were not operational - one had frayed cord & was unplugged.

This hotel was better than we expected. It was nice and clean, the rooms were comfortable, and so were the beds. Unusual to have hot foods on the breakfast bar, for a hotel in this class. Good value for the money!

Nice bathroom -- Lobby spacious and attractive, shiny marble floors.

Bathroom counter too small; Have unit not self-regulating -- fan was either on or off.

Great location, room and lobby clean; bathroom very clean. Miss room clean up the first day but towels at night and apology next day.
