Great stay - posted on 01/16/2007
Great stay. Hotel was nice and in the heart of downtown. Very close to the Bengals stadium. Plenty to do around the hotel. Staff was helpful. Only negative was at Champs(dining in the hotel). Ordered food before Bengals game. Received food after big mix up. Hotel sent a apology letter which was great. Hotel fire alarm went off about 10:30 pm and did not get back into the hotel for about an hour, which was not the best. Had a fire in a cooking area. Besides those things it was a nice stay. Would consider staying there again.
Great beds! - posted on 05/01/2007
I needed a hotel within walking distance to the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals-did not want to use rental car. Hotel was great for an atty who needed email, internet and faxes. Bed was super comfortable, I could walk to court and lots of good restaurants, room service was prompt and late enough for a night owl. Also, indoor pool and hot tub small, but great and clean and relaxing. My only beef-just a little pricey for what it is- both quality of food and size of room. I'll stay there again when I come to Cincy.

We stayed here to be close to the ballpark. Nice staff and any question we had was answered promptly. The convience to area attractions was a benefit. Had some issues with the cleanliness of the room, but we would stay there again the next time we go to games.
great location and nice rooms - posted on 08/08/2006
This is a great place to stay right downtown close to the ballfields. The roomas are cleaning and the beds are very comfortable. The price for parking is a little steep.

We came down for the Cubs games. Hotel is within easy walk of both ballparks and Champs Sports bar was a great place to hang out after the games. We'll be back

Hyatt is nice, clean place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location for shopping, ballgames, etc. Room was small but clean. Would stay there again.

The staff was wonderful at this hotel. They met our needs everytime we needed something. Rooms are basic. Parking was expensive. Easy access to interstate.
Will not return here - posted on 10/26/2005
We were not impressed with this hotel. The bathroom was not tidy at all. It is rated as a 3 star and it is more like a 2 star hotel. Felt like the pricing did not correlate with quality of the hotel. It also stated that parking is free, that is not so it's $20/day to park

I stayed in your facility with paint peeling in the bathroom and other general signs of wear for nearly $200 per night. The next I stayed in a nearby Comfort Suites which looked much cleaner and nearly new. The bed was much more comfortable and the cost was under $75. Guess I'll plan to stay next time.

My husband suprised me with a night away from the kids for our anniversary. We stayed at the Hyatt and had a great time. They do live Jazz on Friday nights which was wonderful. Staff was extremely friendly and offered great suggestions for things to do nearby.

I have stayed at al ot of Hyatts and this one is one of the worst. Checkin was slow, room service slower. Staff seemed to not care. Making people wait seemed to be the name of the game. Room tax is really high. Valet parking is $20.00

Room size, comfort and amenities were very good for the price. However parking was a little stiff. Recommend parking directly across the street for 1/3 the cost
