The hotel is a little better than 3 stars. It wasn't too pretty looking outside. They didn't salt the sidewalks around the hotel at all.
The snack lounge, the bed was very comfortable
The room was very expensive and so was the food at the restaurants and room service, which wasn't all that great!

We really enjoyed the hotel because the staff were so friendly and the place was beautiful. The room was excellent. If we'd paid full price, I would have been mad about $14 a night for parking and $13 for pay per view movies (you pay that at the cinema, not in your room!). There were loads of football fans, but we never heard a peep in our quiet room. Great to have a fitness area on site. We were most impressed with the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room, which was lovely.
Staff wonderful, room lovely and quiet.
Amenities very expensive, not much open on weekend.

I was very pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff, and the room was clean and comfortable. Above average the entire vacation. The front desk staff accommodated our young children by giving us a room on one of the higher floors so they could have a view. I was just really pleased with the entire weekend.
Even though it was "luxury" it was family friendly.
The parking garage was expensive.
