The hotel overall was ok. I did not like the elevator being outside to get to my hotel room. The door entering my hallway was broken. Being this is listed as a hotel not a motel the elevator should not have been outside to get to my room. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. For the money this was ok.
The location of the hotel was great!
The security door entering my room hallway was broker anyone could come in.

The hotel was very clean and was great for the price. The outside steps were covered with ice and snow (but they had a snow storm just a few days before) The security door for the third floor was broken. But on a whole it was a great experience and would recommend the hotel to others.
Room was clean, courteous staff.

This hotel is a very clean hotel for how cheap it is. If your not interested in any luxuries, this hotel is perfect.

The hotel has a fitness center and an outdoor heated swimming pool which is open during the warmer months. The free continental breakfast is the only meal served here but there is a Bob Evans Restaurant adjoining the property and numerous eating places nearby. There are ice machines throughout the property and the 24-hour front desk has information on Cleveland attractions. There is a golf course close by and other sites within easy driving distance include the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Cleveland Browns Stadium and the Lake Erie Beaches and marinas.

Low prices and airport location are the main reasons for staying here. Frequent travelers to the airport warn that this property is need of upgrading to remain competitive in the area. Several former clients said they would not stay here again until it is renovated. Meanwhile the hotels park and fly program is one of the most economical at the airport and gets support from those on a budget.
