This hotel was great for what we needed it for. My son's father was in town picking him up and this was great for the night. The staff was excellent, well, only the check in staff was all we met. Definitely will use it again and recommend it.

Neat, quiet, very friendly staff.

No view out the window. Couldn't see out.

The Best Western Airport Inn and Suites in an outstanding hotel value in a comfortable and convenient location, located just two miles from the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. This is the perfect choice for guests that are traveling through the airport with the Park and Stay package. With the park and stay package you get 1 room for 1 night for 2 people with roundtrip shuttle service to the airport, and you get free parking for up to 7 days, that's close to a hundred dollars worth of savings alone. This is a clean, safe and conveniently located hotel with staff that are curteous and friendly and always available to assist you with your stay. You are also surrounded by some of clevelands big sights. The International Exhibition Center, the NASA research center, and the Cleveland Browns training camp just to name a few. If you've come to cleveland for educational or medical reasons there are two hospitals and colleges nearby as well.

This is a great value hotel if your needing to use the airport in cleveland. They offer a free shuttle both ways and free parking for a week. That is a great value. It's not the fanciest place but it's clean, and safe, and worth at least one night.
