Most guests felt this was a very simple hotel, perfect for a no-frills stop for a night in Grand Forks. It seems more suited toward business travelers who aren't looking for a first-class experience. There were a few complaints, however. One couple claims to have been charged for damages they weren't responsible for, and found the manager unwilling to bend on the extra charges. Another felt the hotel was extremely run down. Their toilet and lights had mechanical issues, and a train ran quite close to their room.
