Beautiful Hotel! - posted on 12/03/2006

When I walked into the lobby I was blown away by the beautiful decor. It was very inviting and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the room was warm and cozy.

Nice hotel - posted on 12/10/2005

The hotel is nice & pretty new, but we were a little disappointed that room service only delivered from 5-10 PM. The staff was nice and the price was very reasonable so we will probably stay there again.

very windy - posted on 10/26/2005

Very nice place to stay. Weather was very windy but then that is North Dakota. Hardly saw the staff at all.

overpriced - posted on 07/31/2005

Its a nice place, but not worth the money they charge for Grand Forks. There is not much there for entertainment. The bar does not lend to wanting to stay and the meals you order are served in more of a lobby than a dining room. The staff could care less that you are there. Nice but overpriced for what they offer

Not worth the cost - posted on 11/30/2004

Problems sleeping with the train crossing nearby. Hot tub cold. Problem with billing that took 2 trips to desk to resolve.

Would Never Stay There Again - posted on 05/03/2004

I was very unhappy with this hotel. In fact, we moved the second night. The service was not very friendly. Also, I found it to be very expensive in relation to other places. The Nintendo service would not always work, which was frustrating for the kids. Not a pleasant experience at all!!

Weekend Stay - posted on 04/28/2004

We stayed at your hotel because we were in town for the aviation parents weekend. We chose your hotel because it was attached to the aerospace buildings. However when we went to tour the buildings on Saturday, the door at the attached entrance to UND was locked as were all the doors on the side by the hotel. We had to walk all around the UND building to get in. We might as well have driven from another hotel. I realize locked UND doors are not your fault but if you advertise entrance to the college you should make sure you have some agreement with them regarding keeping doors unlocked. I think next time we will stay somewhere else and just drive in and park by the open entrance. Otherwise we liked your hotel.
