Had a good night - posted on 08/11/2006
We enjoyed our night, although our room was very damp and moist. The sleep was great; bed was very comfy.
great place to stay - posted on 05/14/2007
the employees at this hotel were courteous. The room was good & the price was right for the room & also for the items in their machines, very reasonable.. good items for the continental breakfast .. a great experience thanks
Ok stay - posted on 11/02/2006
The hotel was ok. The room had everything needed: mini fridge, microwave, tv and coffee machine. The bathroom was not clean, the blankets smelled old and people complained when you watched tv. If you need somewhere to stay for cheap this place would be ideal. Otherwise spend the extra $20 and go elsewhere
Super 8 could use an update! - posted on 05/02/2006
Our first room was not good. There was hair in my bathtub and the room was old and outdated and smelled like stale smoke. Once the attendant moved us upstairs, the room was nicer and bigger. This hotel is good for someone who is looking for a one night stay but not good for families or long stays. The service was good and the employees were friendly and nice.
Not a great experience... - posted on 02/06/2006
We had no hot water in the morning for showers. The continental breakfast was pretty much non existing.
Night tables - posted on 01/20/2006
We have never stayed at the Super 8 motel before. It was a nice clean place to stay. The only thing is there should be another night table on the other side of the bed, other than that it seemed okay. Would I stay at the Super 8 again, yes I would as the staff was friendly and courteous.

I would stay here again, the next time I am in Grand Forks
Disappointed - posted on 12/19/2005
Not a very nice hotel. My walk in closet at home was bigger than the room I had. Disappointing for a "super 8" hotel.

Friendly staff, good price, rooms OK, and includes decent continental breakfast, however the lobby/breakfast area gets a little crowded because it's quite small.
Smokers - posted on 05/11/2005
I had asked for a wheelchair access smoking room and they only had non smoking wheelchair access rooms.
Not happy - posted on 04/01/2005
I was assigned a smoking room, that reeked of smoke. On site management would not accommodate change to non smoking room. I left the hotel and went to another in the area.
Not great - posted on 03/23/2005
Tthe window was wide open on the nonsmoking room and it was freezing! A continental breakfast was from 6 to 9 am. We went for 8 am and there was nothing left - just a couple of mini donuts, no cereal, no muffins! And now with animals allowed the back sidewalk was full of dog poop!!!!The worse money ever spent! - not even a pool to enjoy!
Noises In The Night - posted on 04/30/2004
I heard something slamming all throughout the first night, I slept maybe an hour before having to get up to go to a class that was very important to me. I asked the receptionist about it in the morning and he said he would check it out. The next night it only happened a couple of times AT four in the morning so I did get a few hours of sleep that night
