Room was large and well-appointed, and the staff friendly and helpful. There is no direct access from main roads, and the sign age from major roads and from the interstate is sparse. Once found, the hotel exceeds quality and value from similar competitors.

Courteous, efficient, and good-humored staff in all departments.

This hotel is a well maintained hotel in the Hanes Mall area of Winston-Salem. It is a business class hotel with all of the amenities one would expect. The hotel is clean and well decorated. I would choose this hotel again for my travel needs.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and courteous.

It is a little bit difficult to find.

The 122-room Courtyard by Marriott Hanes Mall was designed for the businessman but has facilities equally suited to the leisure traveler. The four-story, non-smoking hotel is close to two golf courses and the textile and tobacco operations that abound in the area. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, parking, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper during the week and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two meeting rooms for social or business functions. The larger can accommodate 100 guests. Area attractions and landmarks include Old Salem, the Benton Convention Center, Wake Forest University, Tanglewood Park and the Reynolds House.

The spacious rooms and reasonable rates were a pleasant surprise for many first time visitors to this Courtyard. Many said the reasonably priced breakfast was extremely good and the people working in the restaurant were very friendly with lots of knowledge about things to do in the area. The hotel gets many repeat clients and that is the best recommendation. Wives, who accompanied their husbands on business trips, said they had a great time. It was walking distance to the Hanes Mall and the swimming pool was a great place to relax after shopping.
