Almost perfect.
Even when we arrived at 3 am we were greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk.
On our first morning after driving 8 hours to get there housekeeping woke us trying to get in even though she could see the room was dark.

Great place to stay. Extremely clean. Really great breakfast served. Highly recommend.
Everything was so clean and neat.
Some of the parking areas were too dark.

This is an excellent hotel with all the trimmings you would expect from a more expensive full service hotel. That is the view of several clients who have stayed here and have enjoyed the fine ambience, soft lighting and cozy atmosphere. There were good reviews about the front desk staff that provided top-notch service and gave good advice to newcomers to town. Most guests said they cannot wait to return to this hotel on future visits to Winston Salem and have no problem recommending the property to fellow travelers.
