They were saying they couldn't give out so many towels at one time. So why let me reserve your rooms if you can't accomadate my family needs. The housekeepers there were extremely nice and acted as if they really cared.They were two black ladies one was new and the other had a gold tooth with short hair.They need to work your front desk along with the new white lady who first check me in.

The housekeeping ladies were the most friendly employees you had.

I
asked for a conjoined room for six kids & did not get that, everyday we ask for towels, we had to plead with them.

This hotel was a Holiday Inn Express before joining the ranks of Best Western. Visitors to Tarboro love this property. The reviews have got even better since the property was updated. The rooms are spacious, squeaky clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is better than many guests expected and the helpful team of employees has good advice about the area attractions and it knows the best places to shop and dine.
