They could have been a little more welcoming, however they were professional.

Overall it was a great experience. The location to the Premium Outlet Shopping was nice. The lobby was very clean and welcoming and the staff was extremely courteous. Checking in and out was quick and easy. When I come back to Smithfield, this is the hotel I will chose.
Clean room and lobby. Very friendly service. Comfortable accommodations.
No pay per view movies.

Rooms nicely appointed - microwave, coffee maker, internet connection,etc. One of the best mattresses we've ever slept on.
Nice, clean, new hotel in a good location.

Travelers to Smithfield who stayed at this Best Western were impressed by the very spacious rooms that were squeaky clean and had very comfortable beds. The property offered good value and the location was ideal, close to both good shopping and the attractions. The cheerful crew of employees was efficient and friendly and first time visitors said they would stay at this inn again and had no problem recommending the property to others.
