I was traveling with out my husband and they made me feel safe and welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. The maid service was wonderful. The front desk was helpful and accommodating.

The people working at the hotel were very helpful and friendly.

The smell of cigarette smoke in the hall ways. My room was very fresh smelling however.

Excellent for business or overnight leisure travelers. Not what you would want for an extended stay, although it could accommodate one. Overall, I was pleased and would stay there again.

That is the opinion of many visitors to Raleigh who have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express and have enjoyed comfortable, well-equipped and squeaky clean rooms.
