The 66-room Comfort Suites Raleigh is near the Alltel Pavilion and provides affordably priced accommodation equally suited to families on vacation or the business traveler. Items included with the room rate at this three-story, non-smoking hotel are an expanded continental breakfast, a manager’s reception on midweek evenings, high-speed Internet access, a newspaper on weekday morning, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The hotel has large conference and banquet facilities. Area landmarks and attractions downtown Raleigh, North Carolina State University, Saint Augustine's College, Wake Medical Center, the State Fairgrounds and shopping at Triangle Town Mall, Crabtree Valley Mall and the State Farmers Market.

This Comfort Suites does not get all good reviews. Some clients were disappointed with the poor service and the need for new linens and towels. We give it the YES rating because many clients said it was hard to beat the prices charged here and the suites were spotlessly clean and well equipped. Many clients said they would stay here again because of the low prices while others said they would spend more next time they came to Raleigh to get a few more modern amenities.
