My stay was pleasant. However, I did find the cleaning staff to be lacking. During my three nights stay my bedding was not changed; upon check-in the room had 2 bottles of water which were never replenished. Also, I booked for a handicapped accessible room and was initially booked into a non - handicapped accessible room. I did, however, find your staff to be helpful and pleasant.

Be very careful if book at this hotel as a family. We were given a tiny room with a king bed for a family of 4 with no apology except that they guarantee a room not a type.

The Sheraton is a very comfortable hotel with a very helpful staff! I felt very pampered. The beds are soooo comfortable! The fitness room could be bigger, but all the equipment is brand new. The food is excellent and when I wanted to go out to eat, great restaurants are just a short walk away.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Renovated since my last visit. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel with a great, convenient location. Very nice rooms & great food. Best place to stay in Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill.
