The 131-room Hampton Inn Raleigh-North is located opposite the Holly Park Shopping Center and provides reasonably priced accommodation equally suited to the business traveler or vacationer. Items include with the room rate are an expanded continental breakfast, or breakfast to-go bag, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, in-room coffee and parking. There is one meeting room available for business or social functions that can accommodate 50 guests. The property is a 10-minute drive from downtown Raleigh and the convention center. Area landmarks and attractions include numerous golf courses, the wineries in the nearby Piedmont Region, the State Capitol, the Executive Mansion built in 1808, the North Carolina Museum of Art, Mordecai Historic Park and shopping at the Carolina Antique Mall.
