The Hilton North Raleigh is a terrible place to stay. The management there is terrible. The staff knows more than the managers and they make more money than them. The staff was very courteous with directing me to management, but the management couldn't resolve the issues I had. They are a disgrace and rude. This is not a real hilton.

The pople at the front desk were extremely rude. I was not even greeted when I checked in. I am sick and tired of Hilton employees who cannot afford paying customers fundamental courtesy.

I wanted not only the public and future customers to know but also the staff that I really enjoyed my stay. We came for the party on New Years Eve and we felt safe and had a wonderful time!

Stayed in a non-smoking room that smelled of smoke. Room had three ashtrays and matches!? Hallway had a foul odor of stagnant water near the ice machine -- and this was on the HHonors floor. Hotel needs a major renovation. If you have to stay here, inspect your room before final check in, if possible.
