Great hotel, very peaceful but not too far from the main areas of Raleigh. The staff were very pleasant and the room was very clean.

This is a really nice hotel with very friendly staff. Room was excellent. I did get lost on more then one ocassion because there is only one elevator no matter where your room is in the hotel which has quite long hallways and a few turns.

I got there two hours early and was allowed early check-in. The mattress in my room was too firm. Also the free trial of TV internet never did load which is why I chose to give them a 3 instead of a perfect score.

Serivice from staff was excellent. Recommended restarurants that didn't let down. Facilities were very clean and tidy. Strongly recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel because I was a little worried about what I might get for the price in Raleigh. I figured for $*/ a night it had to be nice. And it was. Outside doors secured, nice, clean (I'm picky). Bathroom was large. Bed very firm. Staff was friendly. I would recommend and I would stay again.

I paid for my trip ahead of time. When I arrived I presented my credit card for check in. I was told because my card was a debit card I was going to be charged $30.00. It would only be refunded 48 hours after check out. This is silly and the lady at the front desk was very rude about the whole situation, throwing a sign at me with their policy on it and saying unless I had another card I would be charged the money!! The hotel itself was clean and I had no other problems- they do charge you $1.50 for a bottle of water placed in your room though!!!

OK hotel, convenient location. Bed was not very comfortable, air conditioner ratlled.
