We arrived, exhausted, after midnight on a delayed flight. The crib we had requested was in place and we could instantly fall into bed. Our room was very comfortable and attractive, but we weren't there long enough to really enjoy the amenities.

Comfort and accessibility to airport.

A shuttle wasn't available for late night arrivals which created a problem for a family traveling with an infant and no car seat.
