This hotel is convenient to everything in Mooresville and the surrounding areas of Concord, Charlotte, Statesville, and Huntersville. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff is awesome! They gave us maps of the area and the cleaning staff does a wonderful job. There is a nice indoor pool and a fitness room. A nice continental breakfast buffet is provided as is a copy of the USA Today. The only problem we found was that the mattress on the bed lacked some support. It would have been okay for one person, but two keep rolling toward the center.
The room was spacious so there was no tripping over furniture or other people.
The mattress was worn to the point were you would roll to the middle.

Good breakfast choices, maybe could be a little healthier choices (whole wheat, more yogurt, fresh fruit). Clean rooms. Loud air conditioner units.

This is not the most popular hotel in Mooresville since several guests were unhappy about the housekeeping. However we still give this Wingate Inn a YES rating because there were clients who had an enjoyable stay here and were impressed with the friendly and efficient service they received from the cheerful crew of employees. The rooms here are well-equipped and most clients found them clean and comfortable.
