I was very pleased with my stay. The room was very nice and the staff was friendly. Continental breakfast in the morning was not extensive, but a good start to the day.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

I expected it to be closer to the Concord Mills shopping center, it was about a 20 minute drive.

The 81-room Holiday Inn Express and Suites Concord is located off Interstate 85 at exit 60 and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the business traveler and families on vacation. Items included with the room rate at this four-story hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, a morning newspaper, in-room coffee and parking. There is one meeting room available for business or social functions. The hotel is situated in the Northlite Shopping Center and within walking distance of Sam's Club, Wal-Mart and Kohls. Other nearby landmarks and attractions include CMC North East Medical Center, Windstream Communications, Concord Regional Airport, Perdue Farms, Phillip Morris and Lowes Motor Speedway.

There are good comments about the spacious and well-equipped rooms and a front desk staff that is both efficient and friendly. There were some complaints that housekeeping was slow at time.
