Overall my stay was good, I stayed 3 nights. The first night I was given a room on the 1st floor near the back door and the ice machine. The next morning I told the front desk clerk that I was not satisfied and was immediately given a better room. Great staff!!

Cleanliness, friendliness of staff, restaurant on location.

Toilet in my room didn't flush properly, was given new room

This location is convenient to I-40 and I-85 and the airport. It also has good access to western Greensboro. The room was very spacious and it was furnished well. There is a restaurant on-site; for fast food or other choices there is nothing within walking distance but there are several options within a 10 minute drive. The common areas and halls of the hotel are a little dark and threadbare but the room was fine.

This is an older hotel which has been renovated and several visitors say they would not stay here again. We give it the YES rating because other guests were delighted with their stay thanks to the reasonable rates, easy access to the property, and within a short drive of restaurants and stores. Several business clients said the facilities for them were ideal and they planned to return to this airport hotel on future visits to the area.
