This hotel is very convenient to many of the activities available in Greensboro. The rooms were very comfortable. So were the beds and pillows. Room was cleaned each day. We enjopyed the breakfast each morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
First floor accomodation, non-smoking, easy access, very good morning breakfast.
We were to able to check in a 2PM or after. We had to wait for our room to be cleaned.

This was a Comfort Inn and the reviews it got then were not good. Now as a Baymont Inn things are starting to improve. However it sneaks by with a YES rating based on management’s promises that things will get better. The location is good, close to the convention center, and the rates are reasonable. The new team of operators are hoping that those guests who said they would never return here will give this property another chance.
