I left some articles of clothing in my packing called 3 days in a row. Michael answered the phone and was not being cooperative. I finally got to speak to someone in housekeeping; they told me that Mike would be sending off the articles. I told him there was a credit card on file to send my clothes back; he told me there was not one. Then he had my address wrong so I am not sure if I will get them or not.

Location was great close to shopping and dining.

We were in Fayetteville for a funeral and we wanted a quiet place to be with our family. This hotel was perfect. It was convenient to a mall (which was great since my husband forgot his sport coat) and the rooms were clean.

It was clean and the staff was friendly.

The elevator near our room was broken.

This is a great Comfort Inn and it offers good value. That is the opinion of many visitors to Fayetteville who have stayed at this inn and have been impressed by the clean and comfortable rooms. There were good reviews too for the efficient and friendly staff that took care of problems promptly. Most visitors said they planned to recommend the property to family and friends and said they would stay here themselves on future visits to the area.
