I checked with the hotel directly and was told I could not get a non-smoking room, but when we checked in, we were assigned a handicapped non-smoking room (which is what we wanted). We were pleasantly surprised to get that. It would have minimized my stress in thinking I was going to be in a stinking room.

Staff was very accommodating.

Needs a little renovation, but very clean.

This is not one of the most popular hotels in Fayetteville but we still give this Comfort Inn the YES rating because most travelers who stayed here had an enjoyable time. There were complaints that the property was overpriced while others said they got good value for their money. The location is ideal, just minutes from the historic downtown area and the happy band of employees provides friendly and efficient service. The rooms were well equipped and spacious and several clients said the complimentary breakfast was much better than they had expected.
