The 85-room Wingate Inn by Wyndham Fayetteville is next door to the Cross Pointe Center and provides quality accommodation for both the business traveler and families on vacation. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, wired and wireless Internet access available throughout the property, in-room coffee, a morning newspaper, copies and faxes, local telephone calls and parking. There is 915 square feet of meeting space for business or social functions. The property is five miles from downtown. Other area landmarks and attractions include several golf courses, Fort Bragg, the Crown Center Coliseum and Expo Center, the Pope Air Force Base, the interactive Fascinate-U Children's Museum, Cape Fear Botanical Gardens, the Climbing Place, the Fayetteville Motor Sports Park and Fayetteville State University.

This is the favorite hotel of many frequent visitors to Fayetteville who return to this Wingate Inn because of the affordable rates and the comfortable, remodeled rooms that are well-equipped and squeaky clean. The cheerful crew of employees does an excellent job providing friendly and efficient service. Many first-time visitors were impressed with the complimentary hot breakfast and said they would return to this property on future visits to the area.
