Hotel was great, enjoyed my stay, staff very friendly. Business center was avaliable for the guests to use and there is an indoor pool with hot tub. Excellent breakfast buffet, and rooms were clean.

The 120 all-suites Springhill Suites by Marriott Durham Research Triangle Park Durham Airport is located just minutes from the park, the largest research park in the US and home to over 100 research and development companies. The four-story, non-smoking hotel provides spacious accommodation at a budget price for both the business and leisure traveler. There is one small meeting room available for social or business functions. The property is located between Raleigh, Durham, Morrisville, Chapel Hill, and Cary, in North Carolina. Raleigh-Durham International Airport is a 10-minute drive from the hotel. Area attractions and landmarks include the Southpoint Shopping Mall, North Carolina Botanical Gardens, Raleigh Civic Center, Duke University, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the Durham Bulls Ballpark and the North Carolina State Fairgrounds. Many guests were surprised how large the rooms were, considering how little they paid. They were also surprised at the substantial breakfast they received as part of the room rate. Another plus factor was the help and attention they received from the employees. Most former clients said they would use this hotel on future visits to Durham.
