Very nice good quality hotel with a friendly and courteous staff.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was better than I expected.

I didn't like the location of the room I was given and unfortunately there was no availability to change it.

I am disappointed with our experience at the Sheraton. The beds were worn out and very uncomfortable. There was no hot water for showers and when you get up at 4am and have to leave by 5am, how is that problem going to get fixed. The restaurant staff was very friendly and courteous, but the food was terrible. I will take a pass on all star wood properties for a long time.

The Sheraton with AAA-3 Diamond rating has an assortment of modern amenities for an enjoyable stay. Many guests were happy with neat and tidy rooms, flat screen televisions, cozy beds, well-maintained public areas, convention center, complimentary internet, courtesy airport shuttle and efficient polite staff. However, the property did not live up to expectations of some guests. They complained about dark tired smelly rooms, ignored room preferences, minimal bath amenities, a fee for gym, expensive food at the onsite restaurant, noise and slow wireless internet.
