Marriott Durham Civic Center in Durham North Carolina

We stayed at the Marriott in downtown Durham in October 2004. We were there for five nights, so we stayed on the concierge floor, which I would recommend. The main thing that is special about this Marriott is the service. The staff is very well trained and they assisted us in every possible way. The rooms are just typical Marriott rooms, but the breakfast and evening repast in the concierge lounge were both excellent and the staff manning the lounge was always great. We will always stay here now when we are in Durham.
