The Marriott Courtyard is easily accessible. Despite being located right off a major highway, the atmosphere in the hotel was still quiet/serene and the staff was very cordial.

Very clean and quiet. Easy to locate from major highway.

Room keys had to be re-programmed on 3 different occasions due to staff error or defective key.

I would likely not stay at this hotel again. The reservation was set for two days and they wanted us to move rooms after the first day. Not having the necessary linens for the room made sleeping very difficult. The late check in was a major issue, they kept putting people in ahead of us even though I called early in the day to let them know when we would arrive. Standard check in was 3:00pm, we did not gain access to our rooms until 4:15pm.

I would definitely recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Durham. Online reviewers had plenty of good things to say about this location. Guests thought they received an excellent value for their dollar and were extremely happy with the level of hospitality and service given by the staff. Guests felt welcome and cared for. Guests also enjoyed the fact that they were so close to the local attractions and were glad to have so many dining options in such a close proximity. Guests also enjoyed the delicious breakfast.
