the hotel was good for the reason we were in town for. We only stayed the one night; I would not recommend this hotel for a longer than one or two night stay. The Hotel staff seemed very unhappy with there jobs. Overall the Hotel was clean;but could have used more water pressure in shower.
It was convenient to restaurants and easy access to the races we were attending.
A couple of the front desk people never smiled and acted like they hated their job.

This hotel is run by a very courteous and overall friendly staff that is very accommodating. There are also some great restaurants within walking distance. Although breakfast doesn’t feature many hot items, it is perfect for those on the go. Guestrooms are spacious and make inviting retreats which are well-kept and hold fairly nice ambiances. The shuttle service providde to the airport is highly convenient. Internet connection works faultlessly. The fitness room features some worn out equipment. As the hotel is located far from Charlotte, those who want to go out for the night you will need to stay in the city.
