I have never been so impressed with the quality of a hotel at such a reasonable rate. The room was so clean and nice, the kitchen was stocked, and the bed linens were pretty and a free hot breakfast. Everything looked extremely well maintained (weight room, lobby), and I would stay there again with out a doubt! (As long as the price is so good!).

Beautiful layout of room with lots of space and unexpected quality.

Too many people in the line for morning breakfast.

I would use this hotel in the future for now on. I thought the price is great for the features and amenities. Staff members were pleasant. The free continental breakfast was awesome. I really enjoyed the stay and loved the view of the city lights.

I was impressed with the cleanliness. The front desk girl was very polite and made conversation.

Parking garage isn't convient from main building.

The pet-friendly Residence Inn by Marriott Charlotte Uptown comprises 150 suites equally suited to the business or leisure traveler. The 11-story, non-smoking hotel is next to Bank of America Stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers, and provides a complimentary shuttle to the uptown area. Other items included in the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, a managers reception from 6pm to 7.30pm Monday through Thursday, local telephone calls, high-speed Internet access and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two rooms available for business or social functions. The larger can accommodate 100 guests. Nearby landmarks and attractions include Discovery Place, the Mint Museum, Time Warner Cable Arena, home of the Charlotte Bobcats, Lowes Motor Speedway, Paramount Carowinds theme park and the Charlotte Convention Center.

Many frequent visitors to Charlotte rank this as the number one place to stay in the city. The suites are spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is great, next to the Bank of America Stadium, and the employees are professional, efficient and friendly. Most guests say the rates are reasonable considering all the items included and they will continue to stay here on future visits to Charlotte.
