We were very pleased with our stay at Townplace Suites Arrowwood. The staf was very nice, helpful, friendly. Our rooms were clean, very nice accomodations. More than we had expected.

Excellent accomodations for the price paid.

Management took care of the roudy children once we told them of the problem.

There were rowdy children in the room next to us until 11:30 pm. We went to bed at 10:00 pm.

Hotel is clean and has good features and facilities for a studio suite hotel. However, it is somewhat shopworn and needs some renovation, repainting, etc. The price was right, but I expected a little better condition from a Marriott.The above is for the second building. I am staying in the main building this week, and it is in noticeably better condition.Recliner in lieu of the chair would be nice.

The 94 all-suites TownePlace Suites by Marriott Charlotte Arrowood is located off I-77 and provides economically priced accommodation equally suited to families on vacation or the business traveler. Budget minded travelers thought this Marriott property offered good value for money. Families, who made good use of the kitchens, said the money saved on restaurant bills allowed them to extend their stay to see more of the North Carolina sights. There were good comments for the efficient and friendly employees who had lots of information of where to shop and what to see. The location, close to the expressway, made touring the area easier.
