Stayed at the Omni for a week during a convention. It was not one of the identified convention hotels, but the quality, service and price was better than any of my colleagues experienced at the other hotels. I would definitely make this my choice for any return to Charlotte.

Our stay at the Omni was great. Our check in was quick. The rooms were very well kept. The service was awesome. I love Omni Hotels. They know how to treat their guest.

The shower would not hold a constant temperature. It fluctuated from cold to scalding hot. The climate control until made too much noise. Room was clean and tastefully appointed. Nice bed.

I tried to ask the maid a question, but she didn't speak English. I am a guest services member and was given the normal coupon for a free morning beverage. The front desk employee said that someone would bring it to my room. That never happened!

Stayed at this hotel on a last-minute trip downtown to visit friends. Got a great rate. Location was great, rooms were very clean, bed was fantastic! Best hotel bed we ever slept in. Temperature of water in shower fluctuated quite a bit, and parking was expensive. Parking deck was confusing in terms of accessing the hotel. Overall a nice stay, esp. for a last-minute decision.

The rooms were nice and clean except the bathroom had some waters stains from the leaking shower head on which I notified the front desk and no one ever came to fix it. Also the staff acted as if they could not be bothered and one staff member asked me to get off an elevator and wait for the next one because she had to bring up a lot of luggage, heaven forbid she wait.

I will never stay at this place again. The room was really little, people where loud, there was a check in my mirrow. The 3rd shift guy was really rude, I over heard him cussing someone on his cell phone. I had a question to ask and he made wait until he was done talking on his cell phone before he would help me. The 2nd shift guys was really nice and helpful.

I was really impressed with the Omni Charlotte Hotel. The hotel staff was very professional and attentive. The room and bathroom were both spacious and extremely clean AND the shower pressure was strong - I can't stand staying at a hotel where all you get out of the shower head is a mere sprinkle. Overall, this was a great choice. The hotel is situated right downtown, close to everything. I would certainly stay here again.

We love this hotel!!!!!! The staff are super accomodating! The rooms are perfect, roomy and great bedding. Secure throughout hotel. Parking is the only downfall and a little pricey and slow. Overall would highly recommend.

The Omni is located in the middle of downtown just a couple blocks away from all the major museums. It is in a perfect location. Heard no street noise. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions to local attractions.

We arrived at the Omni Charlotte on December 30th, in preparation for a college bowl game. The stay was excellent overall - quick check-in procedure, excellent security (swipe your key in the elevator), luxurious rooms, and great location. The downsides are expensive parking NOT included with stay, unreliable car service, and most of the adjoining restaurants aren't open after 5 or on weekends, including the bagel shop. Overall, I highly recommend it to business travelers!

I enjoyed the view from our window...sights of new arena and Founder's Hall. Beds were comfy with down pillows and blankets. Noise from street was pretty loud though. Parking is $12.00. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I would stay there again.

Nice rooms, nice views, pleasant staff, quiet and safe- only guests of the hotel can enter because elevators are activated with a guest key, parking is not free

This was a very nice stay. Very quite, and very very clean. Relaxed the whole time it really just was a very nice hotel altogether. Exception of parking was terrible. but hey the place is worth it.

My wife and I went to Omni Hotel for the first time. We requested a king bed and we got double beds. The hotel needs renovation. The lobby and meeting rooms are nice, but looks can be deceiving. The good thing about this hotel is the location it's in the middle of downtown close to everything. The room service only serves cold food that are already prepared after 10pm. We've been to many 4 Diamond hotels and Omni is not 4 Diamonds, but a 3 Diamond. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was bad!
