The 93-room Fairfield Inn by Marriott Charlotte Northlake provides economically priced accommodation suited to both the business and leisure traveler. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is located on the north side of Charlotte, close to the Northlake Shopping Mall. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There is one room available for business or social meetings that can accommodate 10 guests. The inn is a short drive from four golf courses and fishing at Lake Norman. Other area attractions include the Charlotte Convention Center, the Paramount Carowinds theme park, the Billy Graham Library and the Ramblewood Soccer Complex.

All the guestrooms have a well-lit work desk with high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and two-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone. The complimentary breakfast, with the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, is the only meal served here.
