The whole staff and management were incredible. My wife and I were treated like the President and First Lady. Wonderful and thought filled actions made our stay an unforgettable pleasure. We noticed that all guests were treated presidential. The GM was warm and friendly, the Restaurant Supervisor was also not only friendly but gave you the feeling that you were welcomed into the Marriott home. The staff performed a magnificent job daily, and are all reasons that we will recommend this hotel above all others.

It was a nice place to stay after our wedding but I was expecting the room to look more romantic than it did.

We stayed at The Park for our anniversary getaway. We were very disappointed. We felt that the money we paid for this room, it would be really exquisite - no. The service at the desk was very slow. The room was very standard to a hotel of a two start rating. No breakfast or reception was given for the overpriced rate.
Fabulous hotel! I rate - 5star! Safe location - posted on 10/25/2005
My stay was for two nights and I was very much impressed with the rooms, decor, beauty, conference rooms, pool area (statue of David and fountains), health center, two hot tubs and steam room. The staff was extremely friendly and offered outstanding service. I felt pampered and would return in a second. The Park is in a very nice residential area and is across from Southlake Mall - how convenient! Food service was excellent and the restaurant was beyond what my expectations were, in fact, the whole experience was.
OK But... - posted on 10/04/2005
Hotel is located next to South Park, great for shopping and dining. Rooms are OK but there is no view. Charge for internet use is ridiculous. No paper in the morning, either.
Decent plact to stay - posted on 08/05/2005
I selected the Park hotel because of its 4 diamond rating but feel the hotel doesn't quite live up to the expectations. The rooms are adequate and nicely decorated but are small and dark without views. The hotel feels old and not in a charming sort of way. A renovation would be in order here. The plus side is it's location within Executive Park.

This hotel was ranked high with a 4 diamond and on the Preferred Hotel List. When we arrived the key cards would not work for our room. We had to wait in the hallway for over half an hour for them to fix the problem. They did not offer us another room, nor did they discount us for our inconvience. We were in town for the NBA BOBCATS game and we were late. I will never stay at THE PARK again, it needs to be completely renovated and they employees need a few classes in customer service.
