This is a perfect location for being in the South Park area. Despite being a large hotel,it had a cozy boutiquish feel to it. Convenient to upscale large mall plus smaller malls,restaurants yet tucked away from traffic.Easy walking.

Location was excellent. Parked the car and walked to restaurants, shopping, major upscale mall. Room comfort was wonderful.

Parts were being repainted and got a good jacket ruined.

Overall my stay was pleasant. The location is perfect for shoppers. I would recommend it to a friend.

The staff was very friendly and it is located in an upscale part of charlotte, next to one of the nicer malls.

I did find a face cloth from the previous occupant hanging in the shower.

The hotel and staff exceeded all my expectation. Even the fragrance and music in the hotel were inviting. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. The clerks served warm cookies and apples at the front desk. It was a very pleasant place to stay. I will recommend it to everyone coming to the area.
