The Hilton was a pleasure to stay at. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was beautifully decorated with a huge plasma TV on one wall and a gorgeous bathroom. Room service food was prompt and delicious. The view was OK. My only two complaints were the price of parking ($18/day) and the surcharge for room service, which seemed exorbitant considering the price of the food. Altogether a wonderful hotel. Highly recommended!

Not what I expected. There are problems with the parking system. I tried my best to pay the lower rate, and was misinformed and ended up paying the higher rate. Two dollars are no big deal, but a so called 4 star hotel should have a better system. I was never offered valet parking either. There was also some loud construction noise at 8am on Saturday morning. I would not recommend the Hilton in Downtown Charlotte.
Well located, looks good from outside. Nice view from room.
The walls were thin so we can hear what our neighbor is watching on TV.

I this motel was wonderful but I wish it had a small microwave to heat our left over food from eating out. U knows sometimes late night snacks come in handy.
Cleanliness room service loved the bed it was very comfortable.
No microwave.

This is a wonderful Hilton with all the bells and whistles. Sadly couples who thought they had got a great deal for a weekend away found it expensive when they added all the extras which included parking, the fitness center and Internet access. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the service is top-notch. Most clients said they would stay here again while others said they would look for something less expensive on future visits to Charlotte.
