The 152-room Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte University is located in University Research Park, a 3,200 acre business park, home to Charlotte's growing business community. The four-story non-smoking property is within a thirty minute drive of downtown Charlotte, the Charlotte Convention Center, and Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Items included with the room rate are high speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking and around the clock coffee available in the lobby. The hotel has 1,450 square feet of meeting space for social and business events. The property is within easy driving distance of five golf courses and close to Bank of America Stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers.
