This Courtyard is in a convenient location to one of my customers. It is very clean and the staff is pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend this Courtyard.

The hotel was great, just frustrated that I called ahead of time to request a fridge but once in room found out there was not one. Person at the front desk said I had to move rooms & that was not an option for me traveling with small children. Luckily they found one and brought it to me.

They had a gym.

I requested a fridge & had difficulty getting it but finally did.

It was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I wish they all could be this nice.

The room was very comfortable and clean. I felt very safe traveling with my two young grand daughters. The staff was wonderful.

I have nothing bad to say. It was great.

The 145-room Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Arrowood is just minutes from downtown Charlotte and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price equally suited to the business traveler or families on vacation. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is located at the junction of I-485 and I-77. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The property is a short drive from the Charlotte Convention Center, the Paramount Carowinds theme park, the Billy Graham Library and the Ramblewood Soccer Complex. Business parks close to the property are Whitehall, Red Oak, Forest Point and Arrowpoint. There are two meeting rooms available for business or social events. The larger can accommodate 24 guests.

All the guestrooms, and 11 suites, have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and two-line telephone with voicemail. The bathrooms have a separate shower and bathtub. Some of the rooms have the added benefit of a refrigerator. Video games and players are available for rent.

Many visitors to this Courtyard enjoyed the quiet location, reasonably priced rooms and the excellent service they received from a team of professional and polite employees. Many enjoyed relaxing in the swimming pool and whirlpool after a day of sightseeing or shopping. Most customers said they would stay here again and recommend the property to their family and friends. There were complaints about the Internet access. It was free but several said it was very, v e r y s l o w.
