This hotel was very easy to find. When we got there the people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. We had a nice private swim with our children and were able to do our laundry while we were there. Coffee in the rooms and a hair dryer and spacious rooms. We loved at our stay.

It had an indoor pool and hot tub and a washer and dryer. With very clean rooms.

They did not tell us that breakfast was not complementary. We paid about $60 for breakfast.

The 90-room Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Ballantyne provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the business and leisure traveler. The three-story, non-smoking hotel has one meeting room available for social functions that can accommodate 50 guests. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Nearby landmarks and attractions include the Paramount Carowinds theme park, golf at the nearby Ballantyne Resort, Bank of America stadium, home of the Charlotte Panthers, the Billy Graham Library, Lowes Motor Speedway and shopping at the Carolina Place Mall.

Frequent visitors to Charlotte say this one of the best places to stay. The service is superb. The employees are efficient, friendly and take care of problems promptly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with large LCD televisions. Several clients said the breakfast was well worth the money and they certainly would stay here again on future visits to the area. Many customers said the good access to the expressway system enabled them to get to other parts of the city easily.
