While the staff has been noted as helpful, friendly and accommodating, it's doubtful theyre enough to make up for the short comings off this hotel. Two guests have reported non-smoking rooms that, although available on check-in, smelled of stale smoke, and had bedding with cigarette burns. Hard, lumpy pillows and mattresses made guests wonder if they'd been cleaned between check-ins.
