Hotel was generally clean, a bit run-down. Adequate for a quick overnight stay for business travel.
Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. Free wireless access.
Only decaf coffee for in-room coffee maker. Ice makers were broken.

Many frequent business travelers to Charlotte say this Comfort Inn offers the best value in the Executive Park area. The rooms here are well equipped, squeaky clean and comfortable. The cheerful crew of employees knows the best places to shop and dine in the neighborhood and provides swift service in the hotel. Many first time guests said the complimentary breakfast was better than they had expected and they plan to stay here again on future visits to the area.
