Southern hospitality awaits guests at the new Wyndham Garden Hotel in Charlotte. The hotel is located in the Lake Pointe Business Park, just minutes from Charlotte-Douglas International Airport. All of Charlotte's main sporting venues and golf areas are nearby. The hotel was recently a Doubletree property. The hotel caters to both the business and leisure traveler. With 173 guest rooms and suites the hotel can accomodate meetings, weddings and other events. The hotel has over 2,200 square feet of flexible space is able ti provide full catering. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the airport. With a large outdoor swimming pools guests can cool off or exercise after a day in the Southern heat. A fitness center helps guests stay in sahpe while they are on the road. Guests may also want to relax in the libarary in front of the fireplace.

The rooms are clean and spacious and the proximity to the airport is great. Guests have indicated that the staff was friendly and professional and able to help with travel needs. However do not leave anything in your car and be sure to lock it. Apparently the hotel is located in a high crime area and there have been problems with breakins. Read our customer reviews?

The hotel is ideal for both the business and leisure traveler with it's close proximity to the airport. Business travlers will find the hotel has plenty of meeting space and can accomodate most business needs. Guests will appreciate having an outdoor pool, fitness center and restaurant on the premises.

The hotel has 173 guest rooms and suites. All rooms have internet access and a complimentary USA Today is delivered each morning to guest rooms. The rooms have cable TV and , coffee makers so guests can start the morning off with a cup of coffee in their room. For guests that need to work there are large work areas with voice mail in the rooms. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room service is always available.

First right onto Oak Lake Road. Hotel entrance is on your left. West: I-85 North to Exit 33 Billy Graham Pkwy. Merge right onto Billy Graham Pkwy. to Tyvola Rd. exit. Stay in right hand lane.
