The hotel is in a great location but failed to have some amenities commonly found in similar hotels. Exercise room is inadequate. TV has no game input. No Pay per view services...etc.

Overall, this hotel is a wonderful value for the money. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the facilities are very well maintained. The front desk staff may be a bit short, but I'd be willing to deal with it for this price.

The rooms and facilities are far above anything I've ever experienced at the same price level.

The front desk staff was too busy at personal conversations to help customers.

Although the front desk is quite efficient and check-in is a cinch, the staff is known to be unresponsive to patrons complaints leaving a cold touch to some experiences. Guestrooms are quiet and kept fairly clean, they include a a kitchenette. all public facilities are of good quality and in great repair. The hotel is difficult to find, specially during rush hour as it is behind a Days Inn. The computer located in the lobby is convenient to complete some rushed work and print needed materials.
