The hotel met my expectations however they didn't seem to enforce the non-smoking rules. The first room checked into reeked of smoke and had little hairs in the shower. The front desk was contacted and they switched the room. This room also smelled a little like smoke. They don't seem to enforce the non-smoking rules. Other than that I was extremely happy with the hotel and the staff was very accommodating. I would stay there again in the future.
The staff was very accommodating. The continental breakfast was extremely well provided.
The room reeked of smoke and there were small hairs in the shower.

Very clean and the staff was very helpful and extremely pleasant. I felt it was a little pricey for the area. But being that it is in a college town and the university was back in I can understand. Loved the pool with Jacuzzi. Our room had a nice view and was decorated nicely.
The manager made me feel very welcome and willing to meet our needs.
The mattress could have been softer.

I would recommend the Hampton Inn in Boone, North Carolina to my family and friends. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely furnished and decorated. They are also clean, comfortable and quiet. The bedding is nice and plush. The rooms have everything you need. There is no smoking in this hotel. This hotel is located in a beautiful area with many attractions nearby.
