Nice mattresses; friendly staff; very clean; quiet surroundings with great mountain views.

For a one night stay, this hotel meets expectations. I would not want to stay many days as the room was a bit small and felt cramped. I would stay again for a brief time.
Clean and convenient.

I stayed at this hotel for three consecutive weekends, except for one time when we were put in a "non-smoking" room that was clearly a smoking room the hotel was great for our traveling needs.
The night time staff was extremely courteous and the hotel is very close to the interstate.
The morning staff is not as courteous.

There were good reviews for the help and friendly staff who knew the best places to visit in the Smoky Mountains.
