We had to cancel because they couldn't give us a room before # PM. We had to change clothes to go to a wedding and had to have a room before 3 PM. So we stayed at a Hampton Inn across the parking lot and got in a room at 11 AM.

We stayed here for two nights. Suites are spacious & well maintained. Friendly staff. Easy access to sights & BR Pkwy. Will stay here again when we return next month.

Room was very expansive and well-maintained. Very friendly and fast staff. Fantastic selection at breakfast. Everything was wonderful.

We will not be choosing this hotel in Asheville again based on our poor service and SMOKING room we were placed in versus the non-smoking room we reserved. The maid service did not replace the needed towels, coffee or tissues that we were out of. It was a disappointing stay. With all of the negative stated thus far, I would like to compliment the front desk staff and the continental breakfast set up. It was clean & had a staff person continually stocking product and ensuring all visitors were getting what they needed.

We were here 2 nights for an Asheville get-away. Very quiet, comfortable room. Everything was clean. Good complimentary breakfast. Very convenient to Biltmore and Blue Ridge Parkway. Nice indoor pool and spa, forget the exercise room. Only 3 machines, one was broken. Would definately recomend it and stay again.
