The location was great, close to all the sights, the rates were reasonable and the helpful and efficient team of employees was full of information about Western North Carolina. All the guestrooms have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, Internet browser television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and two-line cordless telephones with voicemail and speakerphone. The bathrooms have a separate tub and shower and the bathtubs have spray jets.
